Hasha Self Defence has worked fantasically well as part of our key Stage 4 Physical Education Curriculum. it has been an actvity offered to pupils who don't opt for GCSE PE as part of their Healthy Lifestyle Programme. The group were challenging pupils of a range of different abilities. Hasha Self Defence was used as a vehicle to build upon the pupil's self confidence. George the tutor has an extremely professional approach and built up a good rapport with the pupils throughout the sessions. His knowledge and skill of self defence and Karate were excellent. The pupils thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to develop new skills they can take away with them and continue throughout their adult life.
